Any questions or comments should be addressed by contacting the web masters.	Active: Do e-mail people that you know or people that you have a valid reason to contact. Responsible: They will protect their individual accounts by declining to share their passwords. They accept responsibility for the content of the messages they post - in their real names - and recognize that access is a revocable privilege. Flood (or spam) Internet or send unsolicited bulk email, or begin/perpetuate chain letters, unsolicited commercial or advertising material, get rich quick schemes, etc. Use the system to distribute or promote distribution of illegal copies of commercial software or other copyrighted materials.
